No previous writing experience needed. Everyone welcome. Meet and write with other adopted young people.
The theme is This Is Me – any writing on any subject which tells something about yourself.
What will happen?
The workshop consists of guided writing exercises in a supportive group setting. Hear words from songwriters, poets, rappers , authors. Write and share as much or as little as you wish.
No previous writing experience required.
Create Poems, Short Stories, Life Accounts, Raps, Songs….All forms of writing welcome.
Write something yourself. All levels of experience and no experience welcome.

The Workshop will be run by writing facilitator & poet Amanda Alston & A Team (adopted teens group) Worker Fran Barker.
If you would like to come to a workshop but you are younger than 11 or older than 18, please let us know and we will hold another workshop if there is enough interest.

The entries will be judged by a local writer and poet.
